Hi everyone! My name is Tristan Roozendaal and I am the CEO of Centralex. I have been working in the I.T sector for approx. 15 years from building network infrastructures to complete datacenters. I joined the crypto world back in early 2017 when I started building my own mining rigs which expanded to a medium size mining farm with over 150 mining rigs in Hong Kong. My goal is to take Centralex to the next level by introducing methods of mass adoption with the ease of use in crypto transactions by using the Centralex Exchange.

Centralex is founded in 2018 by the 3 core founders Marin Matakovic, Zhao Yong and myself. We met each other in the crypto mining community and this project has since then attracted very talented developers all over the world. The company has since then grown an incredible team to back our vision.
The Company name was meant to inspire the idea of a central platform from which traders can meet and do all functions they might need, essentially a 1-stop shop bringing crypto to the mass and banking the unbanked.

We love to talk about our Custo-Defi Solutions
Custo-Defi, this is going to be one of our most defining products, with this product we will create the bridge on which the users will have access to all-in-one functions. The name says it already, Custodial DeFi.
How does this work? You have Centralized exchanges who are a custodial service where you store all your assets and private keys. If you want to stake, governance or join any other DeFi solution you need to transfer your funds to a DeFi (Web3) wallet. When we talk about a DEX we know that you are 100% in control over your own wallets and funds and can-do P2P transactions.
We are Centralex put both CEX and DEX into one platform called Custo-DeFi. This allows you as a user to use the full custodial safety from a CEX but have the freedom of a DEX. This allows you to stake, governance, and participate in any other DeFi soliution on the market including trading on UniSwap or any other decentralized exchange. One of the partner companies we work with is Fireblocks, they offer unique security for wallet infrastructure, this includes MPC (Multi party computation) this is a mechanism that ensure transaction are signed and approved by all relevant parties before being issued to the blockchain, ensuring there are no mistakes and funds cannot be stolen. With this infrastructure we don’t have to keep the private key anywhere in our servers thus removing any additional surface attacks.

6 — What are your future plans? Any upcoming partnership?

On our Roadmap you will see many interesting milestones, our staking and governance portal are high up on the priority list as these 2 functions really unlock the CenX tokens full potential for investors and will open the doors to many more project and collaborations. We have strong partnerships with companies such as Simplex, Chainalysis to name a few and to continue this momentum we will be announcing our banking partner Royalpay in a few weeks and the Integrations this will offer our users down the road. Great question, token burns are important to create scarcity, scarcity means less tokens which results in a higher token price. Our token burn schedule is as followed, 1st year 5% — 2nd year 2.5% and will be halved every following year :)

(MEME coins) We see a tremendous amount of projects launching without having their security up to standard, for example smart contract audits. We see many of these shit project launching without security or even thought about locking their liquidity or team tokens. We at Centralex WILL lock ALL our team tokens and will lock ALL our liquidity at TrustSwap who will make sure that we at Centralex never dump our tokens on the market and most important wont do any rugpulls..

We have our lead developer Dmitry who is an expert in backend and cyber security, he also used to work for an Hong Kong exchange Gatecoin and fore multiple international banks at team leader. We have our other senior developer Luke Watson who is a expert in Layer2 solutions and other DeFi products. All our frontend developers used to work for the Ankr project and have lots of confident in developing Centralex and bring crypto to the mass. Our team also consist our of Financial experts who are holding their Doctor in Business Administration who will make sure all our financials are correct and business structures are setup correctly.
